Shipping & Returns
All orders placed Monday through Friday have a 24-hour processing time, dependent on stock availability. Orders placed after Friday 5pm will be processed the following Monday. If you have a delivery deadline you want to be sure you hit, please give us a call at 978-986-4548.
We hope you love your Todder product as much as we do. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, we accept all merchandise in its original condition (all tags attached + packaging included) within 30 days of your original purchase. All you need to do is complete the return form enclosed with your order and include it in your package. An email will be sent notifying you that your return has been received. If you are exchanging a product, your replacement item should ship out within 10 business days. Kindly note, Todder is not responsible for lost packages during the return process. Please package your return with care, since items damaged in transit can’t be refunded. Please allow 5 business days for refunds to be processed.
